Espresso is a 3 month old female pup. We do not know her breed mix or how big she will get. She currently weighs around 13lbs.

*A small part of the adoption fee pays for Spay/neuter surgery at our vet. Most of the cost to spay/neuter is funded through fundraising.
- If you chose to use your Vet for spay/neuter, the surgery portion of your adoption fee will go towards the rescues efforts in saving another animal.

😃🐶 Espresso is so fun to play with! Great for an active family. She enjoys wrestling with siblings and playing tug of war. She does like to hang out alone as well, especially if she's got something to chew on. This girl loves to chew! She plays fetch and loves any game that her human wants to play.
Espresso is working on crate training. It's not her most favourite spot to be, but she's learning that it's not the worst. She sleeps through the night in it and will only wake up if there is movement in the home. If she does have to spend time in it, she will hit a point where her energy needs to be burned and isn't afraid to let you know with a good bark or whine to get your attention. As long as she gets lots of exercise and stimulation however, staying in her crate is not an issue.
She is learning manners. She knows 'sit', 'leave it', 'out' and 'No'. She is learning boundaries and isn't afraid to test them. She will need a strong leader to teach her the ropes but is smart as a whip and will learn the rules in no time ! She aims to please and loves to learn.
Espresso is working on house training. She is only having a few accidents and is really trying to remember to go outside, even when she's too busy playing. She does know outside is where she is supposed to do her business and will run to the door most of the time when she needs out.
Espresso has shown to be great with kids, cats, bunnies and other dogs, big and small. She loves all living things and is sweet upon introduction. She can get nippy but is easily reminded with a stern 'No' and toy redirection.
Espresso is the perfect package. Sweet, bold and a little sassy. She will make a great addition to a loving family.
