Max is a medium to low-energy dog who enjoys leisurely walks and cozying up on the couch. While he has his occasional bursts of puppy energy, he’s more than happy to be your loyal sidekick, whether you’re out exploring or lounging at home. Recently, he has made great strides in his training—he’s fully potty trained, knows basic commands, and is improving on the leash. Though he may still pull a bit, with a little patience and training, Max will be an excellent walking companion, whether in the city or on nature trails.
While he may not be food-driven, Max absolutely adores his toys, puzzle games, and his beloved licky mat. His fascination with people, both big and small, shines through in his delightful antics. You’ll find him goofing around with a toy, playing with a piece of sausage, or sitting quietly on the deck with his head tilted, sniffing the air—each moment is a source of adorable entertainment!
Max is incredibly patient, gentle, and sweet. In fact, he’s the quietest dog we’ve ever met! It took us a week to realize he actually barks, as he usually only makes a little sound out of excitement or at his own reflection. Did we mention how handsome he is?
Although he’s a strong boy, Max is very gentle with young kids and simply loves his humans. He would make a wonderful addition to any family lucky enough to welcome him into their hearts.
